On March 23, 1992, Wing Poh Hardware Pte Ltd became a private limited company. Previously known as Wing Poh Company, the company has a long and successful history under the direction of Mr Mok Wing Fai. Mr Mok began his career in 1973 with the setting up of the Trinity Commercial Traders (now defunct) and later went on to establish the Southern Grace Company in 1975.
In 1981, Mr Mok and his wife, Mdm Lau Siew Poh founded a new company, Wing Poh Company to deal with the import and export of all kinds of hand tools. The company specialises in industrial, automotive and garden tools as well as abrasive products. Today, Wing Poh Hardware Pte Ltd is the leading importer and exporter of quality hand tools and hardware from Japan, America and Europe.
